Sinful Colors Hazard with Ninja Polish Pinkerbell accent.
I have been wanting to try Pinkerbell for a while. I was fascinated by the teeny tiny matte glitter - it’s aqua, yellow, and pink. It doesn’t easily become fully opaque, so I layered over Hazard. This is 2 coats of Pinkerbell over 2 coats of Hazard. It’s interesting but not very pretty.
Hazard is me giving coral another chance. I want to like coral for summer, but I just don’t really like coral. I tried China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy, which is THE coral neon to have for summer. But they changed the formula, and I got a bottle that is more orange than pink-leaning. I swapped it away.
I like Hazard okay. I think it will probably be used more for pedicures than manicures. For some reason, colors like this make my fingers look really red in photographs. They don’t look like that in person. I guess my camera just freaks out a bit.
The formula of Hazard was not good. Sinful Colors is a $2 drugstore brand, and they have a great range of colors and dupe a lot of OPI colors. But their formula is all over the place. This is 3 gloopy coats (except on the thumbs, I only used 2). I have less patience for crappy formulas lately. Probably have been swatching too much. :)
Anyway, I think this is a fun little summertime manicure. Too bad I’m not going to the beach!
